Sony DSC-H9 Reaview

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H9 is another in the growing number of bridge cameras currently on the market. Equipped with a 15X optically stabilized zoom lens, an 8.1 megapixel resolution and a hinged 3-inch LCD monitor, and supplied with a host of small accessories, the DSC-H9 is one of the most comprehensive kits.
The DSC-H9 is available in black or silver finish, but whatever the colour, the body is made of plastic, with the exception of the metallic trim of the lens barrel. The deep grip is wrapped in a textured surface to improve hold on the camera and, at least on the silver model reviewed here, the silvery grip's texture is a touch too slippery.
