Pentax Launches Optio T30 with 3-inch Touch Screen

January 22, 2007 – Along with the Optio M30, Pentax announced today the touch screen Optio T30. Called “one of the thinnest digital cameras featuring a 3-inch LCD,” according to the company press release, the 7.1-megapixel camera will retail for $349.95 when it becomes available in March.The new Pentax T30 measures 0.75 inches thick and is slightly narrower than the older T20 model that measures 0.77 inches thick.
The Optio T30 shares many features with the T20, a 7-megapixel camera that was introduced in September. With a slightly higher 7.1-megapixel count, the T30 also includes a 3x optical zoom lens and 3-inch touch screen LCD with 170 degree viewing like its predeccesor the T20. Read the full article here
